NEW DELHI: A man accused in four 2020 Delhi communal riot cases has been granted bail by a Delhi court. The court cited a change in circumstances since the rejection of his previous bail application.

The court further noted that, as his co-accused were already granted bail, the individual should be afforded the same relief on the basis of parity. Additional sessions judge Pulastya Pramachala considered the bail petitions of Surender Nath Yadav, who is accused in four FIRs registered by Shastri Park police station related to rioting incidents in Old Garhi Mendu village on February 24 and 25.
