Hindus for Human Rights UK, the United Kingdom chapter of a faith-based Hindu organisation, rejected ‘Hindu Manifesto UK 2024’ citing the organisations who produced this document have links with Hindutva, a Hindu supremacist political project. The HfHR urged all candidates, politicians, and parties to avoid this document accusing that “it is not (released) in good faith.”

“We reject it.” It added in a thread posted on X, formerly Twitter. “Not all (these) organisations represent communities in good faith or without other goals that we ought to be mindful of,” HfHR added.

The ‘Hindu Manifesto UK 2024’, prepared by 29 UK organisations, was released on June 8 in the run-up to the UK general election.
