Dinesh Kalita, the president of Rashtriya Bajrang Dal Assam, delivered an inflammatory speech targeting Muslims and Christians- “If we go by reports of the Intelligence Bureau, 1.2 lakh women are converted every year through love jihad. Christians aren’t sitting idle either, they have targeted the rural population, those in hill areas and the tea garden workers to covert.”
He also claims that Muslims follow “hum paanch humare pachees” (we are 5, we have 25). They marry 4 wives, and reproduce 25 children.
He claims that Muslims are conspiring to make a Greater Bangladesh with some districts of Assam, West Bengal and Tripura along with Bangladesh and this is going to be the third Islamic country of Bharat’s land.
He further claims that when Modi government came to power before 10 years, the Muslims decided in Delhi’s Jama Masjid that in the next 10 years they can’t indulge in terrorism so they have to increase their population and also convert Hindus using love jihad.
On news reports of arms training he says “We did not start giving arms training last year, we have been doing it for the last 26 years and have trained 40000 youths who can fire a guns.”
