Johdpur: In a repeat of Karnataka incident in 2022, school authorities in Rajasthan’s Jodhpur have refused entry to Muslim girl students wearing hijab citing dress code. The incident has enraged parents of the Muslim students.

The incident reportedly took place in government high school number 2 in Pipar on Saturday when the Muslim girl students were not allowed to enter school by their teacher. The school teachers cited dress code while refusing them entry to school.

Parents allege teachers misbehaved with girl students

Following the incident, the parents reached the school and confronted the school administration and sought explanation from them. Meanwhile, the parents of the school girl have alleged that teachers misbehaved with the girl students. One of the parents alleged that a girl was called ‘chambal ka daku’. However, the school principal maintained that they barred from school citing dress code violation.
