At a Kumbh fundraising event, Antar Rashtriya Hindu Parishad founder Pravin Togadia delivered a provocative speech, fear mongering about Hindu population decline and threatening violence to maintain a Hindu majority. He advocated a population law targeting Muslims with penalties for those having more than two children, took credit for the Babri Masjid demolition, and called for the eviction of “undocumented individuals from Bangladesh.” Togadia also urged economic boycotts of non-Hindus and equated the Hanuman Chalisa with opposition to Friday prayers.
