A top police official told the news agency Kashmir News Observer that the senior journalist Khalid Gul of Anantnag has been arrested. He said that Gul was arrested in an old case filed in 2017.
Khalid Gul was earlier associated with Greater Kashmir as Bureau Chief for south Kashmir but resigned from the newspaper a few months back.
