Noida: Mohammad Akhlaq’s daughter Shaista on Tuesday completed recording of her statement in the court in the lynching case.
Yusuf Saifi, counsel for Akhlaq’s family, said this was Shaista’s third appearance in the court for recording her statement. “The defence lawyer of the two accused did not cross-examined her. She corroborated the allegations recorded in the FIR against the accused.
