
NEW DELHI — Newly elected Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA Ravinder Singh Negi has threatened to run bulldozer on the properties of a Muslim man on camera in Pratapganj in Delhi, and posted the video on his social media.
Negi, a councillor who is notorious for targeting Muslims and their business, has been elected as MLA from Patparganj constituency in Delhi. On Thursday, he posted a video showing that he is threatening to run the JCB on the properties of a man Abdul Raheem. He also tagged Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Union Minister Harsh Malhotra and BJP chief JP Nadda.
Negi, who is flanked by a crowd including the policemen, said “you must vacate the land else big action will be taken. You will be trapped in the action for whole life. And the addiction habit of local people should also stop”.
The Muslim man is seen denying to the allegation of addictive activities in the area. However, Negi, ignoring the man kept spewing hate and threatening to bulldoze his property.
Negi alleged that the land belongs to the government and threatened to run the JCB on their properties.
Upon asking the muslim man his name, the BJP leader tells him, “Abdul bhai, I will run the JCB here, everything here will be destroyed in a minute,” threatened Negi.
The newly elected MLA claimed that the land belongs to the Delhi Development Authority (DDA).
