By Shivam Saraswat: Uttar Pradesh Police arrested two persons for allegedly beating a Dalit man to death for plucking guava in Uttar Pradesh’s Aligarh. The accused, identified as Bhimsen and Banwarilal, were arrested for beating and killing Omprakash with sticks after he plucked guava from an orchard.

The deceased’s brother, Satyaprakash, said, “My brother had gone to relieve himself and while returning, he ate guava from the orchard, following which he was beaten to death. We got to know after a boy came and told us.”
