Haryana-based cow vigilante groups crossed the state border into Uttar Pradesh to seize a truck owned by Muslims that was transporting cattle. We are still verifying reports of whether the occupants were subjected to violence. The vigilantes chanted slogans advocating for the chopping of hands of those who slaughter cows.
