Uppinangady, Oct 05, 2023: A Bajrangdal leader and his gang has reportedly barged into a shop at Uppinangady and assaulted a person. A video of the incident has gone viral.
The accused have been identified as Bajrangdal leader Bharath Kumdelu, Jagajeevan Rai, Bhavish and Sandeep. The accused had dragged a person out of the shop and attacked him. CCTV has captured the incident.
Following a complaint lodged by Harish Naika, police have registered cases under SC/ST Atrocities Prevention Act.
