Bajrang Dal workers thrash Muslim youth, who proposed Hindu girl on Valentine’s Day (News9 Live)

Indore: Every Valentine’s Day, there are reports of moral policing by religious groups in various parts of the country. In a similar incident, a Muslim youth was thrashed by Bajrang Dal workers in Indore district of Madhya Pradesh. The incident took place in under Chandan Nagar police station area.

Bajrang Dal’s moral policing on Valentine’s Day 

It is alleged that the Muslim youth posed as a Hindu and proposed to the girl on the Valentine’s Day on Wednesday. As soon as the information reached Bajrang Dal workers, they reached the spot and caught hold of the youth and thrashed him. The youth was later handed over to police.

It is also alleged that the youth who posed as Harshu insisted the girl to go out and but she refused. The information then reached Bajrang Dal workers, who caught him and thrashed him. The victim was identified as Arshad.
