Patna: Unidentified miscreants shot at a block coordinator of the Bajrang Dal on Mairwa-Siwan main road in Siwan district on Sunday. A bullet grazed Pramod Singh’s head. Bleeding profusely, he informed Dial 112 police team. Upon receiving the information, which admitted him to hospital.
Mairwa SHO Pramod Sah said the injured belongs to Pipra village.The police recovered an empty bullet shell from the spot. Prima facie, it appears that Singh was attacked owing to an old rivalry.” TNN
