Bajrang Dal members harassed an interfaith couple, assaulted the man, and forcibly took him to the Govindpura police station in a blatant act of vigilantism. Outside the station, they raised incendiary slogans, including “Love jihad ko bhadawa dena band karo!” and demanded that the police file a case for “love jihad.” When the police refused, the Bajrang Dal escalated the situation by blockading the station and continuing their inflammatory chants.
