The Muslim Rashtriya Manch, a Muslim wing affiliated with the RSS, will hold more than 100 press conferences and 500 seminars across the country to dispel rumours and clear confusions related to the recently-passed Waqf (Amendment) Bill, 2025, which is now an Act.
In his address, Indresh Kumar, mentor of the Muslim Rashtriya Manch, expressed his commitment to rooting out misconceptions and rumours surrounding the new Waqf law.
“The Manch would organise over 100 press conferences and more than 500 seminars across the country to ensure that the objectives and benefits of this law reach every individual. This law will further strengthen the Muslim community’s self-respect, justice and equality rights,” Kumar said at an event in Delhi.
Shedding light on the long-standing issues of misuse and mismanagement of Waqf properties, Kumar said the Waqf Amendment Act would ensure their transparent and equitable use, benefitting all sections of society.
He stressed that the new law was not against anyone but was in the interest of all Muslims.
