Chakravarty Sulibele delivered a speech targeting Muslims and Christians, falsely alleging that wars exist wherever they are present. He praised Israel’s pager attack on Lebanon and urged Hindus to “be clever like them.” He also fearmongered about the Muslim population, citing the Assam Chief Minister to claim that they should be taking measures similar to Israel’s. He peddled the conspiracy theory of “love jihad”, and urged Hindu men to pursue Muslim women instead of complaining about “love jihad”, and suggests that they should be awarded with monetary incentives.
