Members of VHP-Bajrang Dal protested against offering of Friday namaz in the town, with speakers delivering anti-Muslim speeches, labelling Muslims as “jihadis” and mosques as part of a grand conspiracy. They had earlier threatened a Muslim woman for holding Friday prayers at home. Following their complaints, the police have stopped the Friday namaz.
