Hindu residents of the TDI City colony protested against a Muslim doctor purchasing a house in the area, declaring that they would not allow a Muslim family to reside there. They also submitted a memorandum to the district magistrate, demanding the cancellation of the property registration and taking back the house from the Muslim family.
